If I understand what you've said, this "mod section" is merely reading your load order, or perhaps more accurately your active plugins. So I believe it is doing what it's meant to. Also I'm not trying to sound mean but I'd advise you to go to the mod page and click on I think it's overview it should provide you with the installation instructions for manually but you should just be able to open the archive up and don't quote me but I think you open the folder up and all those different files you through them in the data folder each different file depends on each other so if you just put on in the data folder and it came with multiple you will have issues.
