Ok so i tried what you recomended. I verified game integrity files. Than just to be sure i ran it again and this time everything was ok. But that didnt fix my problem. So i tried to unsubscribe from all mods on workshop, and inrestingly enough i could still see them in the launcher. So i went to physicaly delete them thinking them might still be in the files, but to my suprise there are literary no files in the workshop folder. Thou i can still see i have those mods instaled. And i still cannot run mod manager. And also now even thou i can launch the game, it will crash when i try to load a save with mods enabled instead of usual launching but ignoring the moded things which were supposed to be there when you uninstal some mod.
