It's crit chance is very good, so I suggest modding around that. As a new player, I don't know what kind of mods you have. I'm sharing my build, and then suggesting replacement mods, in case you don't have some of the rarer ones. The first 5 you should be able to get fairly easily. As a plus, bring a sentinel with a weapon that can be equipped with the other mods from the Vigilante set, to to get a higher chance to enhance your critical hits. Prisma Gorgon is my fav all purpose assault rifle. Can probably out perform Soma. I also love Tiberon but that gun is severely lacking in ammo cap.
