Spilner , 15 Sep 24 Sep In order to unlock all the animals for the director mode you will need to collect the Peyotes in the game, there are 27 Peyotes in the game and only 21 animals to unlock, Solobrus22 has confirmed that you do not need to collect the 6 underwater Peyotes as you cannot use them in the director mode, they are numbers 6,12,13,21,22,23 of the below guide. Thanks for the guide. I have something to add: There are 27 total. But you not need all. In the link you provided 6 of them are underwater. When you pick up the Peyote you start hallucinate being a underwater animal. In the Editor itself you cannot choose underwater animals, meaning these shouldn't be required for the achievement. I did pick up 6,12,13 but I didn't pick up 21,22,23 Even though i didn't pick up those last 3 underwater, i got the achievement. Whats the remaining animal? I already collected them back then just for fun, do I have to do it again? As long as you already have them collected on your save, you shouldn't need to do it again. Just enter "Editor mode", select actor and animal. Your list should be full. For example, on my save since i had completed all missions i had all singlplayer actors unlocked. Since i hadn't met all random people only a few was unlocked. It says "You unlocked all animals for use in Director Mode Secret " That, to me, implies you got what looks like the full list as you can't scroll down to the 22nd and it gave you the cheev for it, but there is still another animal out there. With how many strange secrets there are in GTA, I wouldn't be surprised if this was some mythical animal like a unicorn or something, or something ridiculous like a dinosaur. I originally thought it might be an alien with the whole 50 ufo parts side quest and the ufos flying around the game but there is an alien costume available already in director mode. So, I can either go back and collect all of them again, or try TangerineGamer's suggestion and collect all So, the good news is I'm not screwed entirely, but still have to do some work. The manual save before you started shouldn't effect the unlocked animals you have already should it? Maybe you can load that up and collect the one that messed up the first time to hopefully unlock the eagle? Had to actually go into a location with an animal to get it to unlock. I guess the next step is to eat all the underwater plants and hope it resets. Posted by LeXXuz on 25 Apr 16 at Not sure if this was mentioned: Due to an update, I guess additional underwater plant life was added and number 23 in the guide is now hiding under some Turbinaria Coral reef type plant thing and not only is it difficult to see but just as hard to eat.
