Hello, I might have found the solution. If you starts CS you get the launcher first, close it so you get acces to Steam. Make sure you have all mods you want to subscribe and then log out of steam. You should have steam login screen, so just log in again and now steam downloading manager should download your mods. Launch the game again and enjoy your mods. It works for me but I'm not sure it will work for you either. Yes this method works, you just have to do it every time you start the game up otherwise it doesn't work, bit annoying but until theres a patch this is the only way.
