In either case, I would suggest starting at Queen's Garden, just clean out your relevant path in that area, and then take the Stagway to Resting Grounds to start your first attempt. Once you clear out the majority of the bigger enemies, theres only a few stragglers and jumps to manage. Its more time consuming than anything. You also want to maybe practise the thorn jumps at the end a few times before you set off enemy clearing just because they can be a bit unforgiving if you're not precise.
